At what quantity does bulk beat dropship?
Mathematically: from 100 pieces (-10%) the discount covers the slight batch premium. Above 250 (-15%), it's clearly more profitable than 250 individual dropship orders.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes. A 200-hoodie bulk can be: 30 S + 80 M + 60 L + 30 XL. Size distribution is free as long as the total hits the discount tier.
What about per-piece personalization (name, number)?
Possible up to 100 pieces (above, we group in batches of 25 to keep the cadence). Surcharge: €1–2 per personalized piece.
Exact lead time?
A grouped run gathers every piece into one setup and one shipment, where dropshipping handles each order separately. The lead time is given to you at order.
