A workshop that produces itself, in Europe: not a middleman. It appears in the directory under its own name, with its city and its techniques.
How is quality consistency ensured across ateliers?
Standardized spec sheets (embroidery density, Pantone palette, dimension tolerances), customer returns tracked per atelier, quality score visible in the studio.
What happens if an atelier is at capacity?
Routing automatically shifts to the second-closest with available capacity. SLA: if the standard 3-day delay isn't tenable, we notify the creator before producing.
