The questions actually asked.
What's the difference between DTG and screen print?
Screen print needs one screen per color (so a 50–100 unit minimum to amortize setup). DTG prints single-unit but costs more above ~50 pieces. For tknp.io volumes (1–100 pieces), DTG wins every time.
How many washes does the print survive?
The print holds 30 to 50 washes at 30 °C before any visible fading. Washed inside out on a delicate cycle, it lasts considerably longer. For comparison: embroidery does not fade.
Can you print on black?
Yes, we lay down a white sub-layer before the color. Slightly more expensive (€3–5 vs €2–3) but perfect opacity.
What file format should I send?
Transparent PNG at 300dpi, max print size 30×40cm on adult tee. AI/PSD also accepted (we flatten at print time).
