This page describes the data we process, what we do with it, and the rights you have. It is written to be read, not to be waved at you.

Data we collect
If you browse without an account
- your basket's contents, kept in your browser;
- aggregate traffic statistics, with no cookie and no persistent identifier;
- your conversations with Yuri, our AI assistant: questions, answers and the page you were on, with no name or account; any email address or phone number you type is masked before it is stored. We read them to improve its answers and the site.
If you create an account or order
- your email address, which also signs you in;
- your organisation's name, its members and its logo, if you upload one;
- your orders, quotes, and delivery and billing addresses.
What we use it for
- fulfilling your orders and keeping you posted on their progress;
- issuing your quotes and invoices;
- answering your requests and improving the site.
Processors
- Supabase — database and files, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt);
- Stripe — payments and payouts; we never see your card number;
- PostHog — analytics, hosted in the European Union, cookie-free;
- Vercel — site hosting;
- Anthropic — the model behind Yuri's answers; it receives your questions and the page you were on, not your identity.
The customisation studio calls image generation engines; only the generation instructions are sent to them, never your personal data. All exchanges between services are encrypted.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists, then erased on request. Accounting records — orders, invoices — are kept for ten years, as the law requires. Conversations with Yuri are kept for five years, then erased. Traffic statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you.
Your rights
- access the data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- have it erased, subject to the accounting obligations above;
- object to a processing operation or ask us to restrict it.
