Custom t-shirts for your company: 5 models your team will actually wear

Five t-shirts to dress a company, from the event to the team's everyday wear, with our embroidered and screen-printed prices from 10 units and the cheapest technique for your quantity.

Four colleagues from the company INTERSYST chat in their open-space office, each in a different custom company t-shirt with the logo, including one in a sky-blue training t-shirt ready to go for a run.

For a company, the right custom t-shirt depends on what it's for: a B&C #E190 for the team's everyday wear, at €7.20 excluding VAT per unit with an 8 x 10 cm logo embroidered on the chest, for 50 units on tknp.io, a Creator 2.0 in organic cotton for the brand image, an #E150 for the event.

Our per-unit prices, excluding VAT, decoration included, as shown on the tknp.io product pages on 19 October 2026: cheapest colour, a single print position, standard lead time, shipping extra. A small surcharge applies to larger sizes and some colours. Treat them as benchmarks, for guidance only: they can change.

A failed company t-shirt is easy to spot: it comes out of the box on the day it's handed out, then is never seen again. A good one is even easier to spot, because the team wears it without being asked.

Which custom t-shirt for which company?

For an event, a trade show or a company race, the #E150 from B&C does the job: 145 g/m2, 100% cotton, €3.54 excluding VAT with a one-colour screen print at 100 units. It's the t-shirt you hand out widely, worn for a day and then kept for the weekend. It takes print but not embroidery: its fabric is too thin to carry stitching.

For a team that wears it every week, move up a notch with B&C's #E190: 185 g/m2, a denser fabric than the #E150, embroidered on the chest for €7.20 excluding VAT per unit at 50 units. It comes in a women's cut at the same price.

When the t-shirt carries the company's image in front of its clients, Stanley/Stella's Creator 2.0 moves up a category: combed organic cotton, GOTS certified, 180 g/m2, sizes from XXS to 5XL. Count €10.32 excluding VAT embroidered at 50 units, and the Stella Muser for the women's cut, at the same price.

Two special cases complete the list. The #E220 from B&C, a 220 g/m2 fabric, gives the feel of a heavyweight t-shirt for €9.29 excluding VAT embroidered at 50. The #E190 long sleeve covers winter, at €9.59 excluding VAT, also embroidered at 50.

If the team meets the public, the polo shirt remains an option: Stanley/Stella's Prepster 2.0, embroidered, costs €18.14 excluding VAT at 50 units. The rest of the range, 577 models from 45 brands, is on our custom t-shirts page.

The price of a company t-shirt by quantity

The price of a company t-shirt reads off a grid: it drops at each quantity tier, decoration included. On the #E190 embroidered on the chest, it goes from €8.01 excluding VAT at 10 units to €7.20 at 50, then €6.13 at 100 and €5.42 at 250. If you are ordering 100, we break that budget down line by line in what 100 custom t-shirts cost.

Read on the #E190 product page on 19 October 2026, for guidance only: cheapest colour, one print position, standard lead time. A verified business account pays neither technical nor administrative fees.

Two tier rules change the bill. Colours of the same model add up: 30 black and 20 white #E190s, with the same decoration, count as 50. On the other hand, two different models each keep their own grid: a men's #E190 and a women's #E190 are two products, and each pays the tier of its own quantity.

The minimum is 10 units per product, with sizes and colours mixed. To collect the whole team's sizes without a spreadsheet, our guide to collecting sizes gives the method.

Embroidery, screen printing or transfer: the 50 t-shirt threshold

On the t-shirts in this guide, the cheapest technique changes at around 50 units, for a one-colour logo (A6 DTF transfer, 1-colour screen printing). Below 50, DTF transfer costs less than screen printing: on the #E150, €5.26 against €7.39 excluding VAT at 25 units. At 50, the two are level, and beyond that screen printing takes the lead.

Embroidery follows a different logic: more expensive than screen printing from 50 units (€6.13 against €4.36 excluding VAT for 100 #E190s), it gives the logo a texture that suits a company's image and lasts. Our DTF or DTG comparison details the printing techniques, and our textile printing guide compares them all.

Dressing the whole team, men and women

Offer the women's cut as soon as it concerns at least 10 people, the minimum per product: a men's t-shirt cut wide flatters nobody, and it's often why it stays in the wardrobe. The #E190 and the Creator 2.0 have their women's version at the same price.

Below 10 people per cut, a single cut for the whole team avoids ordering spare t-shirts. Above that, remember that each cut counts separately for the price tier.

Show the result to management before approving

In a company, the t-shirt is often approved by several people. On tknp.io, the designer opens from the chosen t-shirt's product page: place the company logo on it and share the result with management or the communications team before placing the order. Our guide to customising a t-shirt details each step, from the logo file to the order.

Preguntas frecuentes

Preguntas frecuentes

What is the cheapest custom t-shirt for a company?

Among the t-shirts in this guide, the #E150 from B&C with a one-colour screen print: €3.54 excluding VAT per unit at 100 units and €2.93 excluding VAT at 500, decoration included. Below 50 units, the same t-shirt with DTF transfer costs less than with screen printing.

Should a company choose an organic cotton t-shirt?

It's the right choice when the t-shirt carries the company's image in front of its clients. Stanley/Stella's Creator 2.0, made of organic cotton with GOTS certification, costs €3.12 excluding VAT more per t-shirt than the #E190, both embroidered at 50 units (€10.32 against €7.20 excluding VAT).

Can you mix colours to reach a price tier?

Yes, for the same model with the same decoration: colours add up to calculate the tier. Two different models, such as a men's cut and a women's cut, each keep their own tier.

Does a women's cut t-shirt cost more?

Not on the t-shirts in this guide: the women's #E190 and the Stella Muser cost the same as their men's version. But each cut is a separate product: 25 men's and 25 women's pay the 25-unit tier, not the 50-unit one.
