Purpose
These terms govern sales of custom clothing concluded on this site with TKNP. They are addressed to businesses and organisations acting in the course of their activity.
Ordering
Each decorated reference is ordered from 10 pieces upwards. Below that, preparing the marking costs more than the garments themselves: the order is not served at the displayed price. A blank garment, with no decoration, can be ordered from a single piece, at the unit price of the first step.
For large quantities, tight deadlines or markings outside the catalogue, a quote request is available on the site. The quote issued then governs, and prevails over displayed prices.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax, and include the marking described on the product page. Delivery costs and applicable taxes are added, and shown before you confirm the order.
The unit price depends on the quantity ordered: it decreases in steps, shown on each product page from 10 pieces upwards. The step applied is the one matching the quantity actually ordered.
Payment
Payment is made online by card, through Stripe. The order is firm once payment is taken; no production starts before that.
Artwork and proofing
You warrant that you hold the rights to the logos and imagery you upload, and authorise us to reproduce them for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not verify ownership of those rights.
The visual shown in the studio is a simulation. On-screen colours do not exactly reproduce the result on fabric, which depends on the material, the technique and the colourway.
Production
Production starts once the order is confirmed. The lead times shown on product pages are manufacturing times, in working days, excluding shipping.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address given at checkout. Risk passes on handover of the parcel. Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier on receipt.
Customisation and withdrawal
The items sold are made to your order and marked in your colours: they cannot be returned or exchanged, except where defective. This exclusion is the one applying to personalised goods.
Store pre-orders
An organisation can open a pre-order campaign on its Store, for a period set in advance (7 to 21 days) and shown on the campaign page. We remain the seller: the organisation receives a share of the sale price. Each item in the campaign has a production threshold, shown on the page.
The price of an item is set when you reserve it and does not change afterwards. It is charged when you reserve, or paid directly to the organisation if it has chosen that option. Your reservation is a firm order, on the sole condition that the item is produced.
When the campaign closes, each item is assessed separately. If its threshold is reached, it is produced. If not, we may produce it with another marking technique (DTF print or embroidery) at the same price; the look of the marking may then differ, and you are told by email. If no production is possible, your reservation for that item is refunded in full to the payment method used, within 7 days of the close.
The delivery date is shown on the campaign page before you pay; it is our commitment. Items are handed to the organisation in a bag with your name on it, or delivered to your address if the organisation offers that option.
Campaign items are made to order, in the organisation’s colours, once the campaign has closed: the right of withdrawal does not apply (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code), and you are told so before paying. Sizes cannot be exchanged. A defective item is replaced or refunded, as set out below.
Claims
Any claim about the conformity of an order should be sent to support@tknp.io, with photographs of the pieces concerned. We take back, at our expense, pieces that do not match the confirmed order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall under the competent courts. Buyers established in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
