Welcome to tknp.io. By using the platform — as a visitor, a customer, or a store owner — you agree to the terms below. tknp.io is operated by TKNP, Inc., a Delaware corporation registered via Stripe Atlas.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: the tknp.io website, studio, API and related services
  • Creator: a community (club, school, festival, brand, artist, event) operating an Official Store on tknp.io
  • Customer: anyone purchasing merchandise from a Creator's store
  • Order: a confirmed purchase by a Customer, paid via Stripe Checkout

2. Eligibility

Creators must be verifiable communities (registered association, education entity, registered company, or recognized event). We reserve the right to refuse or suspend accounts that don't meet community criteria — fly-by-night reseller stores are not the model.

Customers must be 18+ or have legal guardian consent.

3. Orders + payment

  • Orders are processed by Stripe (EU-licensed payment processor). All EUR amounts are inclusive of applicable VAT.
  • An order is confirmed only after Stripe webhook returns checkout.session.completed.
  • Customers receive a confirmation email, then shipment tracking as soon as the order leaves the workshop.
  • Production and delivery times are shown on each product and confirmed at checkout. They depend on the decoration technique, the quantity and the destination.

4. Pricing and payouts

The account and the official store are free. Organizations purchase products at the displayed catalog price (product, production and shipping included) and freely set their public resale prices. The difference between the resale price and the catalog price is the Organization's margin; it is computed automatically and paid out monthly with a detailed statement.

5. Returns + refunds

EU consumer law grants 14 days of withdrawal right for unopened, unworn items. Customized items (with embroidery, names, dates) are excluded per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Defective items (manufacturing fault) are replaced or refunded at no cost — contact support@tknp.io within 30 days of receipt.

6. Intellectual property

  • Creators retain full IP on their brand assets (logo, colors, name)
  • tknp.io is granted a limited license to display + print these assets for order fulfillment only
  • AI-generated designs derive from the Creator's brief and remain the Creator's property
  • The tknp.io platform code, design, and cast assets are owned by TKNP, Inc.

7. Liability

tknp.io's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We're not liable for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, reputation, etc.). Force majeure events (atelier strike, shipping disruption) suspend our delivery obligations until resolution.

8. Termination

Creators can pause or close their store anytime from the studio. tknp.io can terminate accounts violating these terms or community criteria, with 30 days notice (or immediate termination for fraud / illegal content).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris. Customers benefit from the consumer protection provisions of their country of residence (EU).
