What is the minimum order for custom clothing?
10 pieces per order, whatever the technique. The unit price then drops with each quantity tier, and it is shown decoration included before you ask for anything.
How long until I receive my order?
In standard, your order is customised and shipped in 10 working days; in rush, in 5 working days. The estimated delivery date is shown in the basket.
Embroidery, screen printing or DTF: which technique should I choose?
Embroidery gives a premium, durable finish on polos, sweatshirts and caps. Screen printing suits flat colours and larger runs. DTF transfer reproduces fine detail and gradients, even in small quantities. Every product page compares prices by technique.
Does the price shown include the decoration?
Yes: the price shown covers the garment and its decoration, excluding VAT, for the chosen quantity. A verified organisation pays −10 % on everything, from the first order.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes: we deliver to 32 European countries, to the address of your choice. Elsewhere in the world, we arrange shipping on quotation.
Can we sell our custom clothing to our members?
Yes, with a pre-order Store, reserved for verified pro accounts: members order at a fixed price during the campaign, the run starts once the threshold is reached, and the price difference earned through volume goes to your fund.
