The custom cap is the piece that travels furthest from your organisation: worn at the ground, on a terrace, on holiday, long after the event that handed it out. The choice rests on three things — crown structure, the front seam and the closure.

- What the price includes
- The price per piece includes the garment and its decoration, one position, exactly as the grid shows. Excluding VAT; shipping is added in the cart according to the delivery country.
- Quantity
- From 10 pieces, sizes and colours mixed in the same order. The price drops by tier: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000.
- Garment choice
- 413 models in this family: brand, weight, composition, sizes, colours and stock are shown on every product page.
- Decoration choice
- 4 techniques available here. Embroidery for relief and durability, screen printing for large runs, DTF and DTG for full colour from ten pieces.
- Your logo
- You place it in the online studio: position, size, instant preview. A vector file gives the best result; a high-resolution PNG works in most cases. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
- Delivery
- Production in 10 working days, then transport: France 11–12 working days in total, Belgium · Netherlands · Luxembourg · Germany 12–13, rest of Western and Southern EU 13–15, Nordics, Eastern Europe, Switzerland and the UK 15–17.

Which marking technique for custom caps?
Embroidery rules on caps: on a structured model it is stitched flat, on some constructions before the crown is assembled, which gives a taut, crisp stitch. Keep the artwork compact — the usable front rarely exceeds ten centimetres across — and prefer a patch when the drawing is too fine for thread. On a bucket hat the cloth is soft: embroidery stays on the band, and transfer remains possible on smooth wovens.

Choosing your custom caps

Structure
A structured cap keeps its shape thanks to a stiff buckram sewn inside the front panels: that is the one that carries front embroidery without puckering. An unstructured cap sits soft on the head, in a more casual register, but a wide embroidered logo pulls it out of shape.

Panels and the front seam
The six-panel, the most common build, carries a vertical seam down the middle of the front: a logo straddling it breaks in two. The five-panel gives a single, seamless front panel, and that is where a wide or centred graphic reads best.

The closure
A metal buckle or a slide strap closes a dressier model; hook-and-loop and a snap strip sit in sports territory. The closure also decides the logistics: an adjustable cap is ordered as a quantity, a fitted cap needs a size breakdown like a garment.
