What to know before embroidering caps & hats
- The front panel of a structured cap takes a logo about 50 to 60 mm high; wider, the centre seam and the curve distort the design.
- An unstructured cap (dad cap) is embroidered smaller: the soft canvas moves more under the needle.
- Sides and back, above the strap, can be embroidered too, small — a discreet second position.
- Price follows the embroidered area, not the number of colours. From 10 pieces, sizes and colours mixed in the same order.
