What to know before embroidering t-shirts

• On light jersey (140 to 160 gsm), keep embroidery small: a chest logo around 60 × 40 mm, without large stitch fills that would pull the knit.
• For a larger embroidery or chest lettering, choose a heavy tee (180 gsm and up): the knit holds the stitch without rippling.
• Usual positions: chest, sleeve, nape. A large back print is better done in screen printing or DTF transfer.
• Price follows the embroidered area, not the number of colours. From 10 pieces, sizes and colours mixed in the same order.

On the chest, 60 to 80 mm wide; on a sleeve, 60 to 80 mm; on the back of a sweatshirt or jacket, up to 25 × 20 cm.
