Every piece shows its price with decoration included, by quantity and by technique — excluding shipping and VAT. The account is free. For a custom project, a priced quote comes back within one business day.

Ten pieces per reference. It is the first step of our price grids: below it, the decoration does not cover its setup and the price stops meaning anything. Some techniques start higher; the product page says so. A blank garment, with no decoration, can be ordered from a single piece: it is the way to judge size, fabric and colour before a run.

Embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) and DTF transfer. Each technique has its page — finish, minimum quantity, price grid — and each product page lists the ones it accepts.

From a catalogue of recognised textile brands, each presented on its own page. Decoration happens in our network of European workshops, picked by technique, to order.

You place your logo in the studio: position, real size, technique. The preview shows where the decoration goes and its size; production starts when you order.

You choose at checkout: 10 working days of customisation as standard, 5 express (+10%) or 20 economy (−5%). Shipping adds 1 to 2 working days in France, up to 7 for the rest of Europe. The estimated delivery date is shown in the basket, before payment.

It is free and it lowers your prices: a verified organization enters at Bronze (−3%) before its first order, and every spending tier moves up a step, up to −12% on the whole catalogue, decoration included.

EU withdrawal law applies: 14 days for unworn pieces, excluding customised items (logo, names, dates — Article L221-28). Any defective piece is replaced or refunded: write to us within 30 days of receipt.

Europe is our home turf at launch. Other destinations, where available, show up at checkout with calculated fees.

Yes, on the same account as your orders. We are preparing the new opening flow; stores open at the end of the year. Until then, your account already holds your pieces and your logo.
