Custom shirts.
The custom shirt is the dressiest piece of any team wardrobe: it is worn in the dining room, at reception, in front of a client. It comes down to three things — the weave, which sets the drape and the ironing, the cut, which sets the size range you order, and the marking position, more constrained here than anywhere else.

Before you decide
What to know before ordering
- What the price includes
- The price per piece includes the garment and its decoration, one position, exactly as the grid shows. Excluding VAT; shipping is added in the cart according to the delivery country.
- Quantity
- From 10 pieces, sizes and colours mixed in the same order. The price drops by tier: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000.
- Garment choice
- 122 models in this family: brand, weight, composition, sizes, colours and stock are shown on every product page.
- Decoration choice
- 8 techniques available here. Embroidery for relief and durability, screen printing for large runs, DTF and DTG for full colour from ten pieces.
- Your logo
- You place it in the online studio: position, size, instant preview. A vector file gives the best result; a high-resolution PNG works in most cases. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
- Delivery
- Production in 10 working days, then transport: France 11–12 working days in total, Belgium · Netherlands · Luxembourg · Germany 12–13, rest of Western and Southern EU 13–15, Nordics, Eastern Europe, Switzerland and the UK 15–17.
The site language does not set the country: you choose the delivery country in the cart, on the quote or in your account, and shipping and VAT follow. A specific need? Request a quote, answer within 24 hours.

Which marking technique for custom shirts?
Embroidery is the default route: the fabric is firm, it holds the stitch without heavy backing, and the thread finish matches the register of the piece. Transfer stays possible on a perfectly flat area, away from buttons and seams; on a shirt with a pocket, pick the opposite side.

Choosing your custom shirts
/ 01
The weave
Poplin is smooth and fine: it dresses up, it creases, it needs the iron. Oxford has a visible grain and a thicker yarn — it forgives a full day and ages well. Twill falls heavier and barely creases. A service shirt is chosen on that line before the colour.
/ 02
Cut and sizing
The shirt is the only top where the fitted cut dominates, and that is what complicates a team order: collar size and sleeve length do not follow the S-M-L logic of a tee. Choose a straight cut when you kit out broadly, a fitted cut when you know your sizes.
/ 03
Where the logo goes
The button placket cuts the centre line, the buttons stop a press from sitting flat, and a chest pocket often takes the only smooth area. That leaves the slightly offset chest, the cuff and the collar — three small positions, which call for a simple logo rather than a wide graphic.
For which organisation?
Every page answers the same question: what to order, in what quantity, with which marking.
Frequently asked questions
- How much do custom shirts cost?
- From €17.69 per piece, marking included. Every product page shows its real price breaks by technique and quantity — no surprise quotes.
- What is the minimum quantity?
- From 10 pieces depending on the marking technique — small runs go digital, large runs go screen printing.
- Which brands and cuts?
- 122 Stanley/Stella and Sol's styles — sizes, colours, weights and stock displayed on every product page.
- Which marking technique should I choose?
- Embroidery is the default route: the fabric is firm, it holds the stitch without heavy backing, and the thread finish matches the register of the piece. Transfer stays possible on a perfectly flat area, away from buttons and seams; on a shirt with a pocket, pick the opposite side.
- Do you offer responsible materials?
- Yes. Stanley/Stella collections are certified organic cotton made in audited factories; fabric details appear on every product page.
- What is the delivery time?
- It depends on the technique and the quantity. We confirm it on your quote before you commit — never an empty promise.
- Can I order a single piece?
- Our orders start at 10 pieces: every run requires setup (screen, film, embroidery program), and TKNP is built to dress a team.
- How do I send my logo?
- You place it yourself in the online studio: position, size and instant preview. A vector file gives the best result, but a high-resolution PNG works in most cases.
