What to know before embroidering sweats & hoodies
- Brushed fleece (280 to 350 gsm) carries crisp relief: a 70 × 50 mm chest logo or a 220 × 60 mm chest lettering embroider without puckering — the workshop backs the stitch with a stabiliser.
- On a hoodie, the kangaroo pocket limits the centre: embroider chest, sleeve or upper back; on a crewneck the whole front is open.
- Fine line work under 1.5 mm or gradients embroider poorly: simplify the logo, or switch to DTF transfer for full colour.
- Price follows the embroidered area (the stitch count), not the number of colours: twelve threads cost the same as one.
- From 10 pieces, sizes and colours mixed in the same order; the same embroidery on different colours does not change the price.
