- Yes: open a pre-order, set a minimum and a deadline. Production starts at the target; below it, everyone is refunded.
- What about unsold merch after the tour?

- Can we pull a piece at the end of the tour?
- Any time. A run closes when you decide.
- Who handles delivery to fans?
