- We don't have room for a physical shop
- The Store is online: a QR code at the front desk or in the room is enough. Guests order and get delivered at home — even after checkout.
- Our guests are international
- The Store runs in French and English, and we deliver guests at home, wherever home is.
- What about staff uniforms?
- That's another trade — outfitting. Our sister platform The Kosmos handles it; the Store sells to guests.
- What's the upfront investment?
