How much does a custom sweatshirt cost at 10, 25, 50 or 100 units?

On the seven sweatshirt product pages read on tknp.io on 23 October 2026, a custom sweatshirt decorated on one position costs €11.30 to €47.07 excluding VAT, sweatshirt included, between 10 and 100 units, with the three techniques that can be ordered online, in the grid formats (8 × 10 cm embroidery, A6 DTF transfer, or screen printing in one colour): €11.30 for the Just Hoods Awdis Sweat (crew neck) with a one-colour screen-printed logo, at 100 units, and €47.07 for the Stanley/Stella Cruiser 2.0 (hoodie) with the same screen printing, at 10 units. With an A6 DTF transfer or 8 × 10 cm embroidery, the two techniques in the tables below, the range narrows: from €11.89 to €38.60 excluding VAT. These prices remain for guidance only, for a sweatshirt in its base colour, standard size, made at the standard lead time, shipping separate. Unless stated otherwise, every decorated price and total in this article applies to a single run: one model, with the same logo in the same position; for an account whose organisation is not verified, technical fees are added too, according to our FAQ page. The four sweatshirts in these tables come in pairs. At Just Hoods, the Awdis Sweat is the crew neck sweatshirt. Its hooded counterpart, the College Hoodie, weighs the same 280 gsm, in 80% cotton and 20% polyester. At Stanley/Stella, the Changer 2.0 plays the crew neck role. The Cruiser 2.0, a hoodie, weighs the same 350 gsm, in 100% organic cotton.

The price of an embroidered sweatshirt, 8 × 10 cm logo

The 8 × 10 cm embroidery grid on tknp.io, as the product pages showed it on 23 October 2026, in euros excluding VAT per embroidered sweatshirt: a single position, base colour, standard sizes, standard lead time, without shipping, for guidance only.

Beyond 100, these four grids carry on up to 1,000 units: at that last break, the embroidered College Hoodie comes down to €13.36 excluding VAT (its product page on tknp.io, read on 23 October 2026; guidance price of a sweatshirt in base colour, a standard size, logo on one placement, made at the standard lead time, plus shipping).

Embroidery, screen printing or DTF transfer: which technique costs least on a sweatshirt?

On a custom sweatshirt, the cheapest technique changes with the quantity. According to the seven sweatshirt product pages we read on tknp.io on 23 October 2026, the A6 DTF transfer is the cheapest for 10 as for 25 sweatshirts, one-colour screen printing matches it at 50 and moves ahead from 100, and 8 × 10 cm embroidery tracks the DTF transfer to within one cent for 10 sweatshirts.

Gaps in euros excluding VAT per sweatshirt, identical to the cent on the seven tknp.io product pages read on 23 October 2026: Stanley/Stella Changer 2.0, Cruiser 2.0, Roller and Drummer 2.0; Just Hoods Awdis Sweat, College Hoodie and Zoodie. They apply to a logo placed on a single position, on a sweatshirt in its base colour and a standard size, made at the standard lead time, without shipping, and remain a figure for guidance only.

At 10 units, embroidering an 8 × 10 cm logo therefore costs hardly more than a DTF transfer: an embroidered College Hoodie comes to €19.06 excluding VAT, against €19.05 excluding VAT with an A6 design in DTF transfer, and the gap rises to €1.43 excluding VAT at 25 units, €18.12 against €16.69 (grid read on 23 October 2026 on the tknp.io product page, for guidance only, with the logo placed once, a base-colour sweatshirt in a standard size, the standard lead time and shipping on top). One-colour screen printing only catches up with A6 DTF transfer at 50 units. On the tknp.io Awdis Sweat, a one-colour screen-printed logo comes to €24.44 excluding VAT per sweatshirt for 10 units, against €15.96 with an A6 design in DTF transfer, or €8.48 more, then €16.06 against €13.70 for 25; the gap is the same to the cent on the seven product pages read on 23 October 2026 (prices for guidance only, one position, base colour, standard size, standard lead time, excluding shipping). DTF transfer, for its part, has no screen costs. These three rows do not compare the same artwork: the DTF transfer prints an A6 design in any number of colours, screen printing a single-colour logo, embroidery an 8 × 10 cm logo.

How much more does a hoodie cost than a crew neck sweatshirt?

For the three pairs in this guide, at tknp.io, from 10 to 100 units, the hooded sweatshirt (hoodie) costs more than the crew neck sweatshirt (crewneck) of the same brand and fabric weight: €2.80 to €3.09 excluding VAT more at Just Hoods (College Hoodie against the Awdis Sweat, 280 gsm), €5.11 to €5.66 excluding VAT at Stanley/Stella in 280 gsm (Drummer 2.0 against the Roller) and €7.00 to €7.84 excluding VAT in 350 gsm (Cruiser 2.0 against the Changer 2.0). The Roller, a crew neck, is made of 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. The Drummer 2.0, a hoodie, has the same composition. How much does a group of 30 pay for custom sweatshirts?

A club, an association or a company team of 30 people that orders 30 sweatshirts of the same model, with the same logo, pays for them at the 25-unit break: the grids of the seven product pages read have no 30 column, and any quantity from 25 to 49 units takes the price of the 25 column there. What if the group splits between crew neck and hoodie?

A group of 30 that splits between two models pays for two smaller runs, each at its own break: 15 Awdis Sweats and 15 College Hoodies with the same logo are both charged at the 10-unit price. With an A6 DTF transfer, the crew neck then goes from €13.70 to €15.96 excluding VAT and the hoodie from €16.69 to €19.05, so that the whole order costs €525.15 excluding VAT, more than 30 College Hoodies with the same logo (€500.70). With embroidery, the increase stays smaller: €0.84 and €0.94 excluding VAT per sweatshirt (tknp.io grids of 23 October 2026: guidance price of a sweatshirt in base colour and a standard size, logo on one placement, standard lead time, excluding shipping).

Colours, on the other hand, add up: the footnote of the seven grids read says so for the same garment with the same decoration. Fifteen Burgundy College Hoodies and fifteen Oxford Navy ones, with the same logo, therefore remain a single run of 30, at the 25-unit break. What can change the price of a custom sweatshirt?

On a custom sweatshirt, two choices move the grid price. The seven sweatshirts in this guide come in sizes up to 5XL; the larger sizes and certain shades carry a small extra set by the brand, which the product page adds as soon as you tick them. Lead time counts too: on these seven product pages, production in one week adds 10%, two weeks is the base price and four weeks takes off 5%; our article on production lead time details that calendar. The minimum for a decorated sweatshirt is 10 units of the same model: below that, the grid gives no price. A blank sweatshirt, however, can be ordered as a single unit where the product page offers to add it to the basket blank, as for the Awdis Sweat (€11.04 excluding VAT) or the College Hoodie (€14.13 excluding VAT): enough to try the fit and feel the fleece before launching the run (blank prices of 23 October 2026, for guidance only, base colour, a standard size, standard lead time, no shipping).
