Choosing your custom snapback caps

Front panel backing
A stiff backing fabric sits between the shell and lining of the two front panels. It stops the cap collapsing and gives this sub-category its unique ability to carry raised embroidery.

The centre seam
A six-panel cap has a vertical seam down the middle of the front. A logo straddling it will be broken by the seam's ridge: either shift it onto one panel, or choose a five-panel build, whose front is a single piece.

The flat peak
It is worn as it comes, uncurved, and often with its original sticker — a style code in its own right. Its underside and edge are two secondary marking areas other models offer poorly.
Which marking technique for custom snapback caps?
The snapback is the ground for 3D embroidery: a foam cord is laid under the thread, which wraps around it, and the logo rises several millimetres. The technique only works on a rigid front, and it demands thick, simple shapes — fine type or gradients will not survive. In classic 2D, flat embroidery stays impeccable, and the peak edge takes a short line of text.
